The Everybody’s Perfect festival is a cultural organisation.
It is a non-profit association whose main purpose is to organise and run the Everybody’s Perfect festival.
It has been recognised as being of public utility since 2020.
The association delegates the organisation of the festival to the festival office each year.
Everybody’s Perfect association
The Everybody’s Perfect association is made up of an elected committee, responsible for ensuring compliance with the statutes, overseeing the accounts and safeguarding the festival’s guiding principles. The committee members are volunteers:

- Thanh-Vi Tran, Co-President (Communications Manager at Le Poche Theatre)
- Sarah Perdrizat (Cultural Mediation Officer)
- Laura Rosset-Didion (Agricultural Engineer)
- Charlotte Sector (Head of International Communications and Advocacy at UNAIDS)
- David Zeender (Production Manager, Printing)
Festival office
The festival office plans and delivers each edition of the festival. It consists of a permanent professional team:
