SKIFF
Malou, surrounded by her older brothers and her mother, spends the summer in her small Belgian village. Swimming at the family pool and rowing at the club are her favorite activities. For the fifteen-year-old, summer is pleasant, despite the teasing from her teammates about her appearance. With a gender expression that defies categorization, she is simply Malou. Her brother understands this and supports her; he is her confidant—until the day Malou feels a new emotion for her brother’s girlfriend.
A first experience—intense, wild, and intertwined with the dynamics of identity formation between siblings. *Skiff* delves into the candid perspective of a non-binary teenager who defies the gaze of others: a luminous and refreshing adventure driven by the lead actress’s incandescent eyes.
