Cabaret holds a special place in the festival every year. An art form with many dimensions and virtues, it is now an intrinsic part of queer cultures, deeply intertwined with Everybody’s Perfect. But at a time when artistic queer cabaret is enjoying mainstream success, what remains of its subversive essence, its political charge and its transgression of normative sexual codes — of its very essence?

This year, the festival invites you to discover a diverse programme of events around cabaret: talks, a book signing and festive evenings will welcome artists and guests from Switzerland and Paris.
