Quatre personnes intersexes se rencontrent et partagent leur vécu commun : le secret, l’isolement, les pratiques médicales, l’environnement familial, etc. La caméra se glisse dans l’intime. Pour ne pas se substituer à l’expérience de ses protagonistes mais accompagner un cheminement en cours. Le film accède ainsi à la sincérité et offre un dévoilement profond. Les liens créés lors du tournage ont d’ailleurs conduit à la fondation d’InterAction Suisse en 2017, pour défendre les droits des personnes intersexes. Lorsque le cinéma bouscule la vie et encourage les existences, il en devient d’autant plus indispensable.
